Impression: It was nice to get back to this once again great if on a smaller scale brewery. They only brew for the pub now and wanted to try the Helles in case this situation doesn’t last. It is a classic Helles in color and taste, malty/grainy with a clean bittersweet finish. I could drink this all afternoon but I’d prefer to do it with their Märzen.
