Stadter Bernsteinfarbenes Landbier

amber beer with big head in mug
Stadter Bernsteinfarbenes Landbier

Brewery: Stadter
Town:
Sachsendorf
Style: Franconian lager
Color: deep
amber
Head: creamy, white, lasting

Nose:
malty
Body:
medium
Palate: rich malt, some dry fruitiness, perhaps apricot
, nice hoppiness
Finish: long, dry, bittersweet

Served: on tap at the brewery

Impression:  Brauereigasthof Stadter is a bit removed from the other three breweries on the Aufseß circuit but it’s nonetheless popular. Their lone amber brew is a great dry fruity session beer that will have you wishing the pub had rooms.

Next beer or back to the beer list.

  1. I SAW A VIDEO FOR A BIER WALK THAT THEY STAMPED A CERTIFICATE UPON COMPLETION. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO GET INFO FOR THIS?

    1. Thanks for enjoying, Terry. Go to my Beer Hiking Trails section and look under the Aufseß Brauereienweg. I’ve written you a separate mail if you need more information. Feel free to ask there.
