Color: light golden, creamy head
Nose: slight hop, grain
Body: light-bodied
Palate: dry, fruity, bitter
Finish: clean, bitter
Served: on tap at the brewery
Impression: At 4.9% and with a much lighter body than my first two beers, this was one very refreshing Pils. I’d have to say it was the least satisfying of the lot but this was surely more due to an order effect than anything else. I imagine if I’d walked out here on a hot summer day, it might be the one I’d like best. It was quite crisp and I look forward to testing my hypothesis when I return in summer.
