Impression: This Bock held up well after their tasty Dunkles. I’d been to the Bockbieranstich at Zehendner the previous night and that is not an easy beer to follow but this dark malty brew was quite quaffable if not as complex. It had a nice dry finish, not an easy task for a brewer to accomplish with dark bocks. Not sure I’d go all the way out just to have it but if at the brewery in the cooler months, it’s well worth having one.
